Zoila Solomon is a visual artist from Karachi, Pakistan. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from The Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture in 2016 and majored in miniature painting.

Zoila enjoys storytelling which is evident through the stories of her family’s migration from Goa, India, that she narrates through her work. Using old family photographs and lived experiences of her mother, she focuses on the women from the Goan community who have left Goa, India, to begin again in Pakistan. It explores fragments of the traditions, culture, and the Goan lifestyle that have been lovingly stitched into newer ones.

Her body of work consists of miniature paintings, using gouache and collage work as her preferred choice of medium. She has also exhibited her work in various group shows in Pakistan with the most recent show titled: “The Tales They Carry” at VM Art Gallery in Karachi, Pakistan.
