Fatima Akbar is an architect and digital artist based in Karachi, Pakistan, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from NED University in 2015. Fatima’s portfolio showcases her passion for a range of art disciplines from architecture and interior design to digital art. Inspired by her recent travels around Pakistan, her current digital art series is a mixed media, minimalist approach to celebrating some of Pakistan's unique landmarks and their architecture. She is currently working as an Architect for E.A Consulting Pvt Ltd. She also started her own venture by the name ‘Design Domain’ in 2018 and has teaching experience of Interior design, landscape design and architecture at Dawood University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Pakistan. 

Fatima gets her best ideas for her projects from her dreams that she pens down and brings to fruition. Her dream project is to design her very own vacation home away from the city and near a body of water, where she can stay inspired and continue to work on her personal projects.
